Jada Pinkett Smith is speaking out against the horror of human trafficking, a noble cause brought to her attention by none other than her daughter, Willow.
Jada started the organization Don't Sell Bodies after Willow Smith, 11, approached her after watching Kony 2012 and being blown away by its story.
Pinkett Smith thus teamed up with actress Salma Hayek to get the attention of the masses. Hayek directed the video below, in which Jada bares all:

Amber Portwood: Barred From Seeing Leah in Prison?

With multiple stints in jail from failing to adhere to terms of her probation, followed by a five-year prison sentence, Amber Portwood has had a rough 2012.
The Teen Mom star's downward spiral makes Jenelle Evans look stable. But is she really barred from seeing her daughter until 2017, as rumors suggest?
Fortunately, Amber's brother Shawn tells E! she's in a "mandatory reception period" where she can't see Leah, but after that, visitation should resume.

"They are in the process of transitioning her from one place to another," Shawn Portwood said. "After that, it's only a matter of time before she sees Leah."
The Indiana Department of Corrections concurred, saying Amber is "currently going through an intake and diagnostic process and is not allowed visitors."
There will be no exceptions during this period, typically 2-3 weeks, even those permitting Amber to see her daughter, due simply to "normal protocol."
"The purpose of this is to get them ready for the facility that they will be assigned to," he adds. "Once she is there she will then be allowed visitors."
Shawn notes that his sister "has to undergo therapy" and reiterates that "when she is done with processing then she will be able to see Leah."
"She is not being treated any differently than anyone else."
As it turns out, Amber might not have to serve out her entire five-year sentence. With good behavior, it could be cut in half with parole. Here's hoping?

Alec Baldwin Unloads on ANOTHER Photographer!

Alec Baldwin got into a heated confrontation with another photographer this morning, berating him, grabbing his arm and ordering him to take a hike.
It's unclear what sparked the showdown, but ever since Alec Baldwin's attack on a photographer two weeks ago, they've been hounding him even more.
Marcus Santos, the alleged victim of the first incident, wants to see him prosecuted. No charges have been filed, but today's war of words won't help Alec.

Less than an hour ago, Alec approached a photographer who was hanging out in front of his New York apartment building and lashed out at the guy.
"I want you to shut the f**k up ... leave my neighbor alone ... get outta here," the clearly pissed 30 Rock star said to the incredulous paparazzo.
Alec, who grabbed the guy's arm briefly, soon backed off, but not before getting right in his grill and saying in menacing tone, "You little girl!"
Baldwin then walked back into his building, clutching a large pink stuffed animal for some reason. TMZ has the full video of the confrontation.
The NYPD is still investigating the first incident. We feel for Baldwin, but maybe he should dial down the rage and use some pithy Jack Donaghy quotes instead.

Lauryn Hill Pleads Guilty, Faces Years in Prison For Failure to Pay Taxes

Singer Lauryn Hill just pleaded guilty to a federal crime, admitting she did not file several years' worth of tax returns in the past decade, and failed to do so on purpose no less.
The 37-year-old faces up to three years in prison as a result. Hill failed to pay up in 2005, 2006, and 2007, when she earned more than $1.8 million.

When the judge asked if Hill "intentionally and willingly" failed to file the returns, she said simply, "Yes." The Fugees frontwoman was released on $150,000 bail.
In addition to the three years behind bars, Hill could be hit with $75,000 in fines. Wonder if she can write that off to help reduce her tax liability for 2012.
Hill welcomed her sixth child in 2011; her first five were with her longtime partner Rohan Marley. Her sentencing hearing is set for November.

Randy Blythe Arrested For Manslaughter, Report Claims

Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe was detained in Prague this week. He could face 5-10 years in prison for an altercation at a 2010 show that allegedly left a fan dead.
Reports indicate the incident leading to the arrest of Blythe (full name D. Randall "Randy" Blythe) involved a man repeatedly rushing the stage from the crowd.
He was ejected from the stage and later died of head injuries, according to WTVR, the CBS News affiliate in Lamb of God's hometown of Richmond, Virginia.

Lamb of God canceled a show at the Rock Cafe in Prague Thursday after the singer was brought in for questioning; reports differ as to what happened next.
Some sources say Blythe was arrested and charged with "the crime of bodily harm of 4th degree and resulting in the death of a fan." The band's rep denies this.
Randy's brother, Mark Blythe, told WTVR that if manslaughter charge is actually filed, it is "bogus and outrageous and will be dropped immediately."
The band tweeted the hashtag #FreeRandyBlythe late Thursday. Blythe deleted his once extremely active personal Twitter account earlier this summer.
Maria Ferrero, the Grammy-nominated band's publicist, told MTV News that Lamb of God's management will not comment in full until Monday. However:

"As no formal charges have yet been made and the case is only in the investigation stages, it would be premature to make an official statement filled with false truths or innuendos."
"Having said that, management wished to address today one false piece of information that has been included in many of the news stories released so far."
"Under no circumstances was there a fight of any kind involved. This incident deals with a fan that three times during the concert jumped the barricade and rushed Randy during the performance. It is alleged that the third time, security was not able to reach him and that Randy pushed him back into the audience where supposedly he fell and hit his head."
"Again, until the investigation is concluded this weekend, nothing more will be released, but clarity and the facts needed to be addressed on this one reported point which is totally inaccurate.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes to Divorce; Actress Files For Sole Custody of Suri

Now that's a celebrity breakup we did not see coming today. After more than five years of marriage, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting a divorce.
While many of us were skeptical when they first got together and Tom was proclaiming his love for her on Oprah's couch, the divorce still comes out of left field.
"This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family," says Holmes' attorney Jonathan Wolfe, confirming the TomKat split Friday.
"Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."

After a relatively brief courtship, the Rock of Ages star, 49, married the former Dawson's Creek star Holmes, 33, in an Italian castle in 2006.
They have one daughter, six-year-old Suri.
No reason was given for the impending Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes divorce, but the couple has not been seen in public together since February.
This was Holmes' first marriage and the third for Cruise, who previously was married to Nicole Kidman, with whom he has two adopted children, and Mimi Rogers.
It is unclear if divorce papers have formally been filed, but Tom and Katie are believed to have a prenuptial agreement, and are worth at least $275 million.
Obviously, Tom's earnings comprise the bulk of that, but Kate will no doubt receive a significant settlement. Here's wishing both the best in this tough time.
UPDATE, 2:11 EDT: Katie filed for divorce in New York on June 28, citing the catch-all "irreconcilable differences." She makes no mention of the prenup.
She is asking for sole legal custody and "primary residential custody" of Suri and for a "suitable amount" of child support, plus a division of property.
According to TMZ, Tom "did not see this coming" and there is some "nastiness" going on here, as evidenced by Katie's move to get sole legal custody.

Adele: Pregnant By Simon Konecki!!!

Rumor has it ... Adele is pregnant with her first child!!
Adele and Simon Konecki are expecting, she confirmed Friday: “I’m delighted to announce that Simon [Konecki] and I are expecting our first child together,” the Grammy winner told fans in a post on her official website titled, “I’ve Got Some News.”
That would certainly quality.

Adele's baby will soon be rolling in the crib!

The singer/songwriter was first photographed with Konecki, who is 38, and divorced with a daughter, back in January. In February, he accompanied her to the Grammys.
That month, the 24-year-old said in an interview that her goal was to have three sons by the age of 30. Guess she was serious about achieving that life milestone.
“I really want to be a mum,” she said. “I better start getting on with it!”
And so she has! Congratulations to Adele and Simon!
